Oxford House Charter

All Oxford Houses have in common these characteristics which each house must fulfill in order to obtain and retain its Oxford House Charter:

  1. The House must be democratically self-run
  2. The House must be self-supporting
  3. The House must immediately expel any member who uses alcohol or drugs
